This system will help you to assess your competence with technology for teaching, and provide assistance in planning and carry out out your professional growth. TTAG centers on fifteen competencies in five aspects of technology in teaching: productivity, research, communication, media, and presentation.

You can read a list of all the competencies, and an explanation of each.

For each competency, you will first indicate your current status as not yet competent, or competent, and then choose from an array of professional development opportunities that can help you to move forward in this area of skill. You will also have the opportunity to prove your competence by submitting documentary evidence, or taking a self-correcting test.

Your self-assessment, growth plan, and evidence will be available only to you and your program director.
